WHAT 3 BLOGGERS WORE IN LA + $375 GIFT CARD TO NORDSTROM

Happy Wednesday!  I had the best time in LA last month for a much needed girl’s trip with 2 of my fellow bloggers and dear friends Cathy of The Middle Page and Sam of the Style of Sam!  We stayed at the gorgeous Montage resort located in the heart of Beverly Hills which is walking distance from all the amazing shops and restaurants!

WHAT WE DID IN LA:

We had the best time shopping, eating out, and going to brand meetings (WE GOT TO MEET RACHEL ZOE) which was just as amazing as I imagined!  We did a full tour of her office and met her entire team including here husband and sister which was so fabulous!  My favorite part of the trip was playing dress up in Rachel’s Studio and trying on a few of her new glamorous pieces from her new spring line – I’m literally obsessed with all of it!  My favorite piece is this luxurious and incredibly chic white jumpsuit, Rachel wore it to the Oscars and looked absolutely stunning!  You can view a video of Rachel in this jumpsuit by clicking HERE.  I wore this UBER CHIC white jumpsuit to a blogger conference just last weekend!  You can purchase this jumpsuit by clicking HERE.

LOOK 1 DETAILS: 

My uber chic trench coat by Theory is such a versatile coat that I’ll have in my closet for many seasons making it well worth the investment!  I wore this look to a luncheon at Neiman Marcus and got tons of compliments on this amazing jacket!  It runs tts, I’m wearing a size XS.

Now onto the one accessory I wore almost everyday I was in LA…..my chic Rag & Bone hat!  It’s the perfect neutral color so it matches all of my spring ensembles!  I wore it to the airport on the way there AND on the way home.  I wore it to meet Rachel Zoe and all of her team, I wore it to the Ralph Lauren event that night and got tons of compliments on it!  I also wore it in my photo shoot with BOTH of my outfits and I wore it one day out shopping when it was raining to cover up my crazy rain hair!  I say this to prove the versatility of this fabulous hat, it’s the one accessory I couldn’t live without this spring and I’m sure if you choose to purchase one you’ll find yourself wearing it a ton too!

Probably my favorite denim purchase this spring – these AMAZINGLY SLIMMING and uber high-waisted jeans by Frame!  I literally wear them all the time, this light wash looks perfect with all of my spring ensembles.   They run a tad bit big, I went down one size, I’m wearing a 24.

JEWELRY:  My uber cool chokers are both from Harper Hallam and will be available at Tootsies in Dallas very soon!  I actually designed this necklace for Harper Hallam and it’s called the ‘So Heather’ necklace, I literally wear it with everything!  It’s very edgy and sexy which symbolizes my style perfectly!

I’m wearing my new Gucci sunglasses in both looks that I actually purchased on this trip at my favorite store Intermix!  I’m obsessed with them, they’re very retro and very COOL!

LOOK 2 DETAILS:

My gorgeous off the shoulder bodysuit is actually comfortable and I can’t say that about very many bodysuits!  I’m so in love with the bell sleeves and the price can’t beat making it a definite must-have!

Gray jeans are a definite spring must-have!  In fact, gray jeans are my favorite color of denim to wear because they literally go with everything!  I sized down one size in the Mother jeans, I’m wearing a size 24.  I wear these jeans a ton as you know if you’ve been reading my blog for a while, lol!
