2 Chic Looks for Valentine’s: One Dressy & One Casual

Good morning gorgeous ladies!  What are y’all going to do on Valentine’s day?  I usually go to dinner with my husband somewhere a little fancier than usual and if I were doing that this year I would wear exactly what I’m featuring in look 1.  However, this year Brett’s brother is getting married in Cabo and we’re actually leaving on Valentine’s day, stay tuned for a full blog post on what I’m packing for this trip.

I’ll be wearing the stunning red strapless dress that I’m wearing in look 2 to the wedding.  It’s by an amazing brand out of LA called Mariam Anna Barska and I couldn’t be more flattered that they gifted me this dress!

2 LOOKS FOR VALENTINE’S DAY:

Casual Look:

I’m wearing a stunning velvet blazer in look 1 from Nordstrom and trust me, ladies, this looks way more expensive than it is in person!  It’s slightly over-sized which I love and this shade of pink is going to be so hot this spring!  Pair this luxe velvet blazer with your favorite pair of jeans and some fab heels for an instant elevated look that will take you many places in style!  This blazer runs true to size, I’m wearing a US size 2.  It comes in 3 gorgeous colors including black, you can’t go wrong with any of these colors, I seriously love them all!

My jeans are by Agolde, a favorite denim brand of mine that I’ve been wearing for years.  Agolde makes amazing denim that fits like a glove and I love this particular light wash for spring!  They’re high-rise which means they make your legs look long and lean, always a plus and I’m a huge fan of the ankle length because they allow you to show off your favorite heel of the moment!  These jeans are very reasonably priced coming in at only $158, such a steal for an amazing pair of designer denim!  They run true to size, I’m wearing a size 25.

My silver silk cami is from Nordstrom and it’s by Something Navy, a mega influencer that has designed an entire line for Nordstrom.  The neutral color of this sexy satin cami will look so good under all my spring jackets!  It seems to run a little big, I’m wearing an XS and wish it was a tad bit smaller.

Hands down, my favorite accessory I’ve added to my wardrobe so far in 2019 is this gorgeous silver belt.  This chic belt is a sure fire way to take all of your spring looks to the next level of chic!

I saved the best for last, my snake print heels by Sam Edelman!  I’m literally obsessed with these, snake print is the hottest print this season and I’ll have to say I’m a HUGE fan!  These amazing heels have a block heel so they’re very wearable and comfortable!  Pair them with jeans, dresses, and skirts and you’re sure to look amazing!  The versatile snake print makes them a perfect match with pretty much anything in your closet which means you’ll wear them a ton, I know I do!  They run true to size, I’m wearing a size 7.5 .
