7 CHIC AND AFFORDABLE SWIMSUIT COVER-UPS

Summer is here and I’ll have to say I’m not mad about it! I actually really love summertime because that means pool time and or beach time which I love!  I won’t be getting any beach time this summer but I will definitely be going to the pool on occasion and I’m sure all of you will be as well. One thing every woman needs in her summer wardrobe is at least one super fabulous swimsuit cover-up!  I’ve scoured all of my favorite on-line retailers in search of the best swimsuit cover-ups and I’ve found 7 insanely chic ones and 6 of them are under $100 which is always a plus!  Scroll all the way down to view all 7 looks and feel free to shop any you fall in love with along the way.  My personal favorite is the first one because it looks super luxe however, it’s under $70!

Out of all the cover-ups featured in this post, this one is my absolute favorite! I think the rust color is so unique and universally flattering on all skin tones. I love the plunging neckline and adore how it comes down in the back making it edgy and sexy. It’s a bit long on me which is why I’m wearing a little heel in, however, I’m going to get it hemmed so I can wear it with sandals to the pool or the beach. The price point is absolutely amazing and looks way more expensive than it really is. It runs true to size, I’m wearing an XS.

If a maxi or long cover-up isn’t your style, you might like this simple white tank cover-up better! It’s so comfortable, roomy, and loose-fitting. Also, since it’s white it will go with a number of different colored swimsuits and will take you a long way this summer. Best part? It’s super affordable at under $100! This cover-up is by one of my favorite brands, Elan. This is such an affordable and chic brand that Nordstrom carries, and I love their clothes because of how soft the material is. Laying out by the pool in their cover-ups is amazing! I love that this one is open in the front and has a tie, so you can even wear it kimono style. I’m all about versatile pieces, and this one is definitely that. I also love wearing it untied and open with a pair of cut offs and summer sandals. It comes in white as well and runs true to size, I’m wearing an XS.

This is the same cover-up featured above except in white! I love wearing white in the summer because it’s so fresh and neutral. Not to mention, maxi cover-ups in the spring and summer are gorgeous and flow beautifully making a statement for any occasion. Olive green is one of my favorite colors to wear in the spring and summer. I love this under $100 olive green cover-up by Chelsea 28 with beautiful crocheting and lovely detail. This one also opens in the front proving endless versatility! It’s so lightweight and feels amazing against my skin. I couldn’t believe the price on this one, so I had to share. This Veronica Beard skirt is tastefully sexy and extremely comfortable due to its stretch! The gathering down the leg gives this cover-up skirt a beautiful silhouette you’re bound to love. I paired this black slimming skirt with a super chic leopard bikini by Veronica Beard that’s on sale! Personally, I love triangle bikinis, however, this skirt would look amazing with any suit you choose. This one runs true to size, I’m wearing an XS.

This gorgeous yellow crochet cover-up by Intermix is still one of my favorites after 2 months of wearing it. I was so excited to see that it was still available! The fun bikini I’m wearing underneath is sold out, but this cover-up would pair so well with any suit you love. Again, this cover-up is a statement maker to say the least, and I love wearing it with this white Rag and Bone hat for the summertime. It runs true to size, I’m wearing an XS.
