Happy Monday ladies! I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend! I found this amazing burgundy velvet blazer (it comes in black too) at Bloomingdales while I was in NYC for fashion week and I loved it the second I laid eyes on it for several reasons. First, because it’s velvet, which is THE most coveted fabric this season, no doubt. Second, the rich burgundy shade is so fabulous and right on trend. Third, and most importantly, the price point is AMAZING, only $148 for this chic velvet beauty and for a velvet blazer that is a good deal! It also looks very similar to the Veronica Beard burgundy velvet blazer, which is $595, see below under my CLICK TO SHOP! I would wear this look to a holiday luncheon or a girl’s night out. If you wanted to dress it up even more for a chic evening look you could pair this velvet blazer with some fabulous leather leggings. And yes, I recently cut my hair, not sure if I love it. I kinda miss my long hair, but it will always grow back! I was ready for a change though, and my hair dresser literally cut the back off while I was sitting in his chair deciding whether or not to cut it! I wasn’t mad because I love James, I’ve been going to him for 10 years now and he’s the best hair stylist ever! Honestly, if he hadn’t cut it I’m not sure I would have gone through with it so I’m glad he did!
