I recently learned a new makeup trick that’s like a mini eyelift and it involves blue eyeliner! Instead of using heavy black to line your eyes, I suggest trying a complimentary shade to your eye color, which for me would be this stunning blue shade. I apply it along the inner rim of my lower lid and the inner corner of my upper lid which makes my eye appear larger, and more youthful!
