Happy Wednesday!! If you’ve been following my blog for a while now then you know I’m a denim lover through and through and you probably are too if you like reading my blog! I’ve loved jeans since I was a little girl and love them even more now. That being said, I’m always on the hunt for the next best pair. During the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale denim is always at the top of my list and this year after trying on TONS of pairs I found my top 5 favorites, all perfect to build a stellar fall wardrobe!

THE 5 BEST PAIRS OF JEANS FROM THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE:
1.) GOOD AMERICAN SKINNY JEANS:
These are the jeans I’m wearing in this post and I’m obsessed! The wash is absolutely perfect, so versatile and perfect to wear all round! They have an 11 inch rise which is very high which means they are uber slimming and make your legs look super long and who doesn’t want that?! They’re very comfortable yet they hold their shape extremely well! They also come in plus size which is amazing, they do run bug so I suggest sizing down one size, I’m wearing an 00. I’ll be living in these fabulously slimming jeans all season long and I’m sure if you get them you will be too!
2.) GOOD AMERICAN BLACK JEANS:
The reason I love Good American jeans so much is because they make their high-waisted jeans very HIGH! They all have at least an 11 inch rise which means they will hit you at the smallest part on your waist which is the whole point of a high-waisted jean and Good American has mastered this no doubt! A definite wardrobe staple that every girl needs in her fall and winter wardrobe is a pair of black jeans are these would be a great addition! The distressing is just enough to look edgy yet still polished, and I love the raw edge hem and small hole in the knee! Good American always runs big so size down one size, I’m wearing a 00.
DISCLAIMER: I took both of these jeans to my tailor and had her cut the hem leaving the raw edge hem so that they hit me just above the ankle. I’m 5’4 so I have to do this with almost all of my jeans.
3.) FRAME DENIM GRAY SKINNY JEANS:
I love a good gray wash pair of denim, I think gray is the most versatile wash of jeans and it’s my personal favorite color of denim to wear! YOU CAN VIEW ANOTHER POST I DID IN THESE EXACT GRAY JEANS TITLED: MY TOP SWEATER PICKS FROM THE NSALE. These amazing jeans are by Frame and they’re super comfortable and slimming! I didn’t have to have these jeans hemmed which is always a plus, the rise is more of a mid-rise even though it says high-rise. I took my regular size, I’m wearing a size 25. Trust me, if you add this chic pair of gray jeans to your denim collection you’ll find yourself wearing them a ton because they go with everything!
4.) WIT & WISDOM STITCHED HEM ANKLE SKINNY JEANS: UNDER $100
I’ve actually never tried this brand of denim before, but when I did I was pleasantly surprised! First of all, I wanted to find a good pair of jeans UNDER $100 and after trying on tons of under $100 jeans these were the clear winner! The fit is amazing, the denim feels good on yet holds it shape very well! I’m totally obsessed with the raw edge lace up hem, so edgy and cool! 5.) DL1961 HIGH-RISE RAW HEM SKINNY JEANS
I’m a big fan of DL’S because they’re so darn comfortable! I love the versatile classic black wash of these fab jeans and of course the high-waist is what makes these jeans uber slimming! Since these are an ankle length with the coolest raw edge hem I didn’t have to hem them which is always a plus. They’re already the perfect length to show off your favorite heel of the moment! They run true to size, I got a 25. Post in these jeans coming soon.
Now onto the rest of my look, my $11 striped tee is almost sold out, but is still left in several colors. This is such a great tee, I have the white and black too because it’s that good! Hopefully it will get restocked, Nordstrom is known to do that so please check back.
Is it possible to own too many army jackets, I don’t think so! An army jacket is my favorite casual jacket to wear, it’s so easy and effortless and can be dressed up or down which I love. This one is by Madewell and part of the Nordstrom Anniversary SALE, only $64.90 for this effortless and chic jacket, and still available in all sizes, I’m wearing an XS.
My amazing suede mules are only $49, and I’m so in love with them! They are SO comfortable and go with everything! They are almost sold out, so I linked these from Vince that are super fabulous too! Remember to check back because things are getting restocked daily.
