5 LOOKS TO WEAR TO BRUNCH + MY 5 FAVORITE BRUNCH SPOTS IN DALLAS

One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is go to brunch.  I usually go on Sunday’s after church, but sometimes we’ll go on Saturdays where I can dress more casual.  I thought it would be fun to share with all of you some of my favorite Dallas brunch spots and what I would wear to each of them.

LOOK 1:

I would wear this look to my all time favorite brunch spot, Mercat Bistro.  It’s a gorgeous European style bistro located in uptown Dallas.  They make the most beautiful latte’s (all so Instagram worthy) and the food is to die for!!  If you’ve never been, I highly recommend giving it a try!

LOOK 2:

This is most casual look of all so I would wear this to another one of my favorite spots for brunch that’s super casual with crazy good home cookin and known for their amazing fried chicken – Bubbas!  I know this sounds weird, but they really do have the BEST bacon and eggs and of course I always have to get one of their AMAZING cinnamon rolls to satisfy my sweet tooth!

LOOK 3:

The dressiest look of all but still casual because of the ripped jeans making this look perfect for Taverna, another on of my top brunch spots!  They have the most amazing omelets, I always get the veggie omelet with fruit and it’s delicious!!  Their lattes are pretty amazing too and they have a fabulous gluten free menu with tons of options!

LOOK 4:

BACK IN STOCK ALERT: This effortless and casual jacket, so perfect for everyday wear was sold out for the longest time and has just been restocked in all sizes (I’m wearing an XS)!  It also comes in green which I love too, either way you can’t go wrong, trust me, this under $100 army jacket will be your new go-to jacket!!

Company Cafe located on Greenville is another amazing brunch spot in Dallas.  I either get the gluten free french toast with strawberries or the granola and yogurt and both are so delicious!!  It’s located near Trader Joe’s so we always stop in there and grab some of our favorite things!

LOOK 5:

Another one of my all time favorite jackets that has been one of my top selling items on my blog is also in full stock and so fabulous!!  I wear this all the time super casual with sneakers or dressed up with heels for a date night or brunch, it’s literally a jacket you’ll want to wear all the time!  It runs tts, I’m wearing an XS.

My heels are one of the most comfortable heels I own, I can walk in these all day long and my feel never hurt!  These are a must have for spring, they’ll match everything!

Another one of our favorite spots to go on the weekends for brunch is Mudhen Meat and Greens, it’s super healthy, all organic, and so delicious!  I always get the greek yogurt with honey and fresh berries and it’s to die for!!  We love to go here because afterwards we can walk across the street to the Farmers Market if the weather is good for something fun to do!
