Striped Romper

ROMPERS – I love a good romper and this Topshop Romper is no exception!  It looks like it’s 2 pieces but it’s actually one piece – it has a zipper in the back so it’s pretty easy to get on and off.  I’m wearing a size 4, Topshop always runs a bit small so I always size up one size when ordering from them.  There are a few things to keep in mind when wearing a romper to make sure it looks age appropriate.  First, make sure it fits you properly – wearing a romper that’s too small is the worst thing you can do, so, when in doubt size up. Second, make sure the shorts are long enough, there’s nothing worse than wearing shorts that are too short: rule of thumb – I like them to end where by fingertips touch my legs as you can see in the photo above.  Last, pair this Topshop romper with simple yet chic accessories.

I wear these Steve Madden black heels a ton with everything from jeans, to dresses, and even rompers.  They are simple, chic, affordable, and very COMFORTABLE – a definite must-have!

I’ve worn this romper to a Reward Style dinner, on a date night, and to brunch on Sunday with my family.  Rompers are a great alternative to wearing a dress, while still looking dressy and stylish – a great addition to any wardrobe!
