I’ve been a huge fan of James Perse dresses for quite some time now.  I own a black dress almost identical to this one, but it’s sleeveless.  This dress is so fabulous for so many reasons!  First, it’s super flattering and slimming, the ruching is what really makes this dress, it really holds you in and hides any flaws AND it also comes in black.  Second, the material is super soft so this dress is actually comfortable and it’s wrinkle free which is something I always look for in a piece of clothing – wrinkles are one of my biggest pet-peeves!  Last, it’s a great transitional dress that will ease you into fall beautifully.  Wear this dress now with a fun clutch and your favorite pair of heels and wear it later with a moto jacket and lace-up booties.  I’ve worn this dress to church with a jacket over it, on a date night and a Sunday brunch with my family.  It’s super flattering and versatile – a great addition to any wardrobe!
