It’s that time of month again, our CHIC AT EVERY AGE series featuring this AMAZING LBD (Little Black Dress):

One of my favorite departments in Nordstrom is Topshop because it’s very fashion forward and extremely budget friendly! We found this Topshop black dress and fell in love with it the second we saw it. The fabric is nice, looks way more expensive than it is and it doesn’t wrinkle – always a plus! It comes in 2 colors: black and a very pretty pale blue color which I love too. I’m wearing a size 2 for reference. I know it may not look like I’m wearing the same dress as the other girls, but I am, I promise, I’m wearing mine backwards so I could show off the uber cool and sexy straps. Remember, there are NO RULES IN FASHION, which is probably why I love it so much! This black slip dress would be a great addition to any fall wardrobe – a fall staple for sure!
There is also a top version of the dress, I own the white and the black and I LOVE THEM! Perfect for layering under a leather jacket or bomber jacket – I wear mine all the time! Click here to view the top, at only $30 this is a definite no brainer!
I also want to mention my bomber jacket, also from Topshop, it’s a definite fall must-have as well. Bombers are huge this season and I’m right on board with this trend because of their versatility. Bomber jackets are so versatile because they can be worn year round with a number of different things. Pair them in the spring and summer with a simple white tee and denim shorts and in the fall and winter wear them with jeans, fitted bodysuits and your favorite pair of booties. The price of this jacket is amazing – only $100 – a pretty good deal for a bomber jacket. I’m wearing a size 4 which fits like a size 2, this color is sold out so I linked a pretty olive green one and a navy one, both available in all sizes. If you only add one jacket to your fall wardrobe – let is be a BOMBER!
