It’s that time of month again, our CHIC AT EVERY AGE series featuring NYDJ:

It’s not easy finding the right pair of jeans that fit you perfectly. My recommendation – try on various brands and fits to figure out what looks best on your body type. If you have a small waist and bigger hips and things then choosing a high-rise style would be most flattering for you. The jeans we’re wearing are by NYDJ and the fit is called “Uplift Alina” – it’s basically a high-rise jean with the pockets strategically placed in the back to make your butt look really AMAZING – and let’s face it, who doesn’t want that?! I will warn you though – these jeans run big so order at least one size down. I’m usually a size 25 in other brands of denim and in this post I’m wearing a size 00 and they’re still a tad bit big in the legs. They’re extremely comfortable and they have just the right amount of stretch, I love the dark blue faded wash, so perfect for this time of year!
I chose to pair mine with a fabulous sweater from Free People. I’m obsessed with this sweeter and I’ve worn it like 3 times in the last week. It’s so soft and I love that it can be worn off the shoulder, one shoulder or just plain. It’s not too long or too over-sized either, I’m wearing a size XS and the fit is perfect. It comes in 4 gorgeous fall colors, I really love the olive green (I might order that one too). This is THE perfect sweater to throw on with just about anything from jeans to leather leggings and be ready to go about your happy day!
