3 THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN STYLING A MOTO JACKET:

1.)  KEEP EVERYTHING FITTED UNDERNEATH

This will ensure your look flatters your figure and you won’t end up being swallowed up or lost in the over-sized jacket.

2.) WEAR A HEEL

This doesn’t mean it has to be a 5-inch heel, even a 3-inch heel will do the trick by adding height to your look making you appear sleeker and slimmer because let’s face it, isn’t that something we all strive for when we get dressed for the day?!

3.) WEAR ANKLE LENGTH JEANS OR PANTS

When wearing an over-sized coat of any kind showing a little skin whether it’s on your chest area or your ankles will always balance out the look creating a more streamlined and flattering silhouette.  Oh, and ankle length pants will always make you appear taller too!

My gorgeous blue cami is by Caminyc, I’m a huge fan of the brand and have almost every color of their cami’s because they’re that good!  I recommend getting a black and white too because you’ll end up wearing them under all of your favorite jackets, I know I do!  The best part, I found this gorgeous blue cami 40% off on Net-a-Porter!  It runs true to size, I’m wearing an XS.

If you don’t already own a pair of classic, non-ripped black jeans you should definitely invest in a pair!  I wear mine a ton dressed up to church, holiday parties, and even on date nights or gnos.  They’re my go-to jeans when I need to look a bit dressier and sophisticated.  The ones I’m wearing are by J Brand and they’re super slimming because they’re high-waisted and ankle length which is the perfect formula sure to make you appear thinner and taller and who doesn’t want that?!  They’re currently 25% off with code FRIEND25 at Neiman Marcus.  They run true to size,  I’m wearing a size 25.
