5 SPRING STAPLES YOUR CLOSET CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT

Happy Monday ladies!  Spring is quickly approaching so now is the time to start adding key pieces to your wardrobe so that when spring does arrive you are fully prepared!  To me, spring dressing means lighter and fresher colors such as ivories, pretty pastels, luxe grays, and light wash denim.  What types of colors do you like to wear in the springtime?  Today’s look is the epitome of the perfect spring look because of the lighter color palette.  I’m featuring 5 spring closet staples in today’s post that are sure to spruce up your spring wardrobe! OVERSIZED BLAZER:

How amazing is the color of this oversized blazer?! It’s perfect for spring and I’m loving this pretty pastel look. The best things about this blazer are that it’s wrinkle-free and under $100! What a steal. An oversized blazer is a huge 2020 trend and looks super chic over a simple camisole paired with your favorite denim. LIGHT WASH JEANS:

You can find me wearing light wash jeans a ton in the spring and summer seasons because they go beautifully with all the lighter spring colors. These are by Citizens of Humanity and are definitely a favorite of mine! I also love that these are high-rise and ankle-length because they’re guaranteed to make you look taller and slimmer – need I say more?! I would recommend sizing down one size. I’m wearing a size 24.

IVORY KNEE HIGH BOOTS:

I’m obsessed with these boots because of this gorgeous color and the croc-embossed leather making them look way more expensive than they really are! They are also surprisingly very comfortable for a heel since the heel height isn’t that high. I really love how perfect the ivory color is for spring giving a fresh and chic touch to your look. NEUTRAL HANDBAG:

I am a firm believer that every woman should have at least one neutral handbag in their wardrobe since it will go with basically anything in your closet. The neutral color is perfect for wearing in the spring with lighter tones. One of my favorite neutral handbags is this one I got from Nordstrom a while ago – I wear it all the time and it’s my go-to.  The color matches everything and the size is perfect. WHITE CAMISOLE:

This white cami is so good and only $30 what a steal! I wear this one all the time because it’s neutral and matches everything. The white is perfect for spring, however, there are lots of colors to choose from including black. I love the scalloped edges giving a unique touch to the simplicity.
