PHOTO FACIAL REVEAL – IT TOOK YEARS OF SUN DAMAGE OFF MY SKIN

I just had a Photo Facial done at Enlighten MD and it took years of sun damage off my face and chest!  I decided to have this procedure done because I had some serious sun damage from spending way too many hours at the pool.  This procedure removed all of my dark sun spots and discolorations, it even smoothed out my fine lines and removed small blood vessels, my skin has never looked better!

I used numbing cream before this procedure which made the pain level manageable, and I have a low tolerance for pain so for me to say that means it’s really not THAT bad, trust me!  It feels like a quick rubber band snap a bunch of times in a row, but the pain goes away quickly, then when it’s over it just feels like a really bad sun burn for about 45 minutes then the pain is gone.  Immediately after the photo facial all of my brown spots turned a darker brown color resembling coffee grounds and they stay this for way for a few days to a week and then they fell off leaving my skin looking silky smooth and feeling baby soft. I did have to go in for a few touch ups afterwards to get rid of some spots that still remained which is normal and no big deal.  It’s very important to wear sun screen with zinc in it EVERY DAY after this procedure because your skin is literally like baby new skin and very sensitive.  I use this ONE from Colleen Rothschild and I love it, it’s super light weight and goes on well under my foundation.  I highly recommend having this procedure done in the fall or winter when you can wear sweaters and high neck tops to cover up your chest and avoid the sun as much as possible.
