Feeling My Best Inside and Out: Getting Facial Fillers

I got Restylane Refyne for my laugh lines and WOW, what a difference I could see immediately!  My laugh lines were still there, but softened so it made me look more youthful, while still looking just like myself. I can’t believe how hesitant I was to try this -it gave the right amount of support and flexibility and I still look like me!  Since these HA dermal fillers are created with XpresHAn Technology™, they help smooth moderate lines and still keep my natural expressions.ⁱⁱ I did experience minimal bruising, but nothing that couldn’t be covered up with a little make-up. The bruising went away after about 7 days. 

I went to Dr. Jordan Rihani and let me be really honest here, I’ve seen several plastic surgeons in my day for various things, and none of them have been as amazing Dr. Rihani. He takes his time and is extremely meticulous when he is doing the injections – pausing after every few to review his work closely and make sure everything is perfect. The best thing about Dr. Rihani is that he believes in helping women look more youthful with subtle, yet noticeable, differences so you never have to worry about looking over-done or fake which was my main concern.

I also want to add that he uses the BEST numbing cream ever, I’ve been to other places and the numbing cream barely works so the treatments are very painful.  Since the numbing cream Dr. Rihani uses works so well, I’d say the pain level on a scale from 1-10 was around a 3, so not bad at all (and I have a very low tolerance for pain)!   I’ll be going to Dr. Rihani for the rest of my life for any and every procedure moving forward, he’s that good!

Since I’ve had this procedure done, I’ve been told by a few of my friends, who didn’t know that I had these fillers, that I looked good and not sure why…they couldn’t put their finger on it, but said I just looked younger for some reason! I also want to mention that my husband was skeptical of me having these things done for fear of me looking fake or too overdone, however, he too is so amazed by the results!  He says I look younger and even better than I did when we met, and we met when I was only 32!
