3 Reasons Flare Jeans Really ARE the Most Flattering

3 Reasons Flare Jeans Really are the MOST flattering:

1.) They Elongate your Legs:  Flare jeans are slim fitting in the waist, thighs, and knees, then they begin to flare out all the way to the ground, this creates the illusion of longer, slimmer, legs – and who doesn’t want that!

2.)  They Make you Appear Taller and Slimmer:  The silhouette of the flare jean doesn’t stop at the ankle like it does with skinny jeans or boyfriend jeans so they don’t cut your legs off.  The hem line is just barely above the ground ( I usually tell my tailor to hem my flares only about 1/8 of an inch off the ground).  I always recommend wearing a heel or wedge of some sort with your flare jeans – this will add even more height to your frame and voila – you will appear taller and thinner!

3.)  They Accentuate your Waist:  Especially if they are high rise which is all the rage right now.  The ones I’m wearing in this post are high rise and are very flattering for that reason.  They make your waist appear smaller because they sit at the skinniest part of your waist versus low rise cuts which sit more towards your hips.

I highly recommend adding at least one pair of flares to your wardrobe – they are by far the hottest trend right now and will be here for a long while!!
