On my days off I’m all about wearing casual yet comfy athleisure clothes that I can work-out in and stay in all day long if I so choose. Why? because we all deserve a little downtime! Am I right? On the days I’m not filming or shooting, the last thing I want to do is get all dressed up, so I love having some ultra-chic athleisure clothes on hand that can pass as chic streetwear too. Since this sporty-chic vibe is having a big moment this season these looks are not only insanely comfortable they’re also very stylish. Alo has so many perfect athleisure pieces, it was impossible to just pick one set! The airlift fabric is so comfortable and keeps me cool from the gym to the street. I also love the removable cups and the adjustable straps. I’m wearing a size small for reference.

If you feel more confident and comfortable in a top that doesn’t show your stomach, I highly recommend the Elevate Tank. It is made of a fabulous performance rib material for maximum stretch and breathability. I also love the criss-cross details on the back that truly do elevate this tank to the next level!

These leggings are so good they are like a second skin and I could literally wear them all day! I love the sweetheart detailing on the back and the subtle branding on the waist isn’t obnoxious like some other brands. I’m wearing an XS and I find they fit true to size.

When I’m ready to head out for the day I love to throw a stylish bomber jacket over my athleisure wear and this one from Revolve is one of my top picks! I am seriously obsessed with this jacket! I’ve been wearing it a ton lately because it looks good with jeans, leggings, over a dress- you name it! It comes in black as well and I suggest sizing up one size for a more over-sized fit. I’m wearing a size small in this fantastic bomber jacket.

The next piece on my list of the best athleisure clothes for women over 40 are these high-waisted leggings by Commando; They are the matching set to the work out top I’m wearing and they are made of the same amazing ribbed material so they look far more expensive than they really are.
