WHITE BUTTON DOWN STYLED 3 WAYS + NORDSTROM GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY

A good white button down is a staple in any complete wardrobe!  I think it’s ok to spend a little more on a white button down versus a trendy top because you’ll wear it a ton simply because it’s versatile and can be styled so many ways.  This linen blend shirt I’m wearing is by Rails, one of my favorite shirt designers, it so comfortable and light weight, the perfect spring/summer button-down!  I would order one size up to give it that cool-girl slightly over-sized look, I’m normally an XS in tops but I ordered a small in this one and I love the fit!

SHOP LOOK 1:

I paired it with my new favorite Grlfrnd jeans, they’re high-rise, perfectly cropped and I love the distressing!  They’re made of the new vintage inspired denim which is more of a rigid, non-stretchy denim so these jeans do a great job of holding their shape which is always a plus!  I took them to my tailor and had them cut off and leave the raw edge hem perfect for showing off my favorite pair of heels!  I won’t wash these very often so they’ll become perfectly broken in and comfortable!  They run true to size, I’m wearing a size 25.  For all you fashion forward denim obsessed girls out there these would be the perfect addition to your denim collection!

SHOP LOOK 2:

My denim shorts are by Frame Denim, I bought them about a month ago.  I was looking for some high-rise denim shorts and when I came across these I was obsessed!  They’re made of the ever so popular vintage denim so they don’t have a ton of stretch in them, I always go UP at least one size up when wearing shorts.  THERE’S NOTHING WORSE THAN WEARING A PAIR OF SHORTS THAT ARE TOO TIGHT!  These run true to size, I’m wearing a size 26 and I’m usually a size 25 in jeans.  I love the raw edge hem which makes these vintage denim shorts even cooler!  I’ll be living in these jeans shorts all summer long and I’m sure if you get them you will be too!

My wedges are a favorite of mine for sure!  I live in these wedges by Marc Fisher all spring and summer long, I have them in 3 colors, they’re that good!  They look almost identical to these Chloe wedges, but they’re a fraction of the price!  I highly recommend adding at least one pair of these amazing wedges to your shoe wardrobe, they’re so comfortable and they look good!

My skirt in by Redone, a very cool denim designer that re does vintage Levis for the absolute perfect fit – you can view the line HERE at Nordstrom.  My denim skirt is high-rise, it runs true to size (I’m wearing a size 25) and it’s so versatile, it literally matches everything and is a great alternative to wearing denim shorts.  I found this skirt from Nordstrom that’s almost identical to this one, but a  fraction off the price, I linked it below under  SHOP MY LOOK.
