5 LOOKS I WORE ON A GIRL’S TRIP TO LA WITH REVOLVE

TGIF beauties! I just got back from the most amazing trip to LA with Revolve and my partner in crime and BFF, Cathy of The Middle Page. I was so honored and excited to be invited by Revolve to attend this fabulous trip to West Hollywood to promote their brand new activewear line which is called WELL BEING + BEING WELL. Revolve also put up the coolest pop-up store located in West Hollywood on Melrose Ave which offers spa services, workout classes, and of course a plethora of super stylish clothing and shoes! If you live in LA or are planning on visiting anytime soon I highly recommend popping into the stylish and chic REVOLVE SOCIAL CLUB!

What I wore in LA: 5 Fabulous looks
ORANGE CROP TOP:
Think you can’t wear a crop top over 40? Think again! My advice is to wear it with high-waisted bottoms such as I have, or you can even drape a jacket over this look for more coverage. I draped a fantastic blazer overtop at night and I felt very comfortable. I’m wearing an XS is this bold bright top.
Side note: these photos were taken on the rooftop pool area at The Andaz hotel in West Hollywood, which is where we stayed, and we absolutely LOVED it. Highly recommended!
ORANGE MIDI SKIRT:
I love this high-waisted cutout skirt paired with the top above. It provides a decent amount of coverage and still looks very on trend. It is made with a mid-weight knit fabric that makes the skirt look very luxe and high quality and hugs in all the right places. I’m wearing an XS in this gorgeous matching skirt.
SHOP LOOK 2:
GREEN FRINGE TOP:
I can personally attest to the fact that this jade fringe top and matching skirt is a perfect look for a night out. I wore this stunning outfit to the dinner Revolve hosted on the last night we were there where the rooftop had the most incredible view and I felt perfectly dressed for the occasion. The fringe gives the illusion of a crop top but with less open exposure, which is something I love. I’m wearing an XS for size reference.
GREEN FRINGE SKIRT:
When this skirt and the above top are paired together the vibes are off the charts! I get a low key modern glam 1920’s vibe from the whole look and I am loving it. This skirt hits more mid-waist than high-waist, but the extended fringe takes care of any chance of over-exposure. I’m wearing an XS in this matching skirt.
SHOP LOOK 3:
BEIGE STRAPLESS MAXI DRESS:
I wore this look out and about during the day with sneakers and then threw on some strappy heeled sandals for dinner and the whole look transitioned perfectly. This dress is SO comfy and so chic I think it’s the perfect vacation dress or to wear to a date night or GNO. I also love this strapless silhouette worn all by itself. I’m wearing an XS in this fantastic piece.
LEATHER JACKET:
This unique leather jacket is a favorite of mine because the gorgeous neutral beige shade will go with literally everything. I also love how it is perfectly over-sized and the gold buttons add fantastic detail to an already stellar jacket. I’m wearing an XS in this solid hero piece.

AGOLDE JEANS:
Another killer pair of denim for the books! These 90’s Mid Rise Loose jeans by AGOLDE feature a high-waist with a straight leg and the perfect amount of distressing in my opinion. I picked these up while shopping at Intermix, my favorite store to shop at in LA! They tend to run a bit big so size down one size, I’m wearing a size 23 in these amazing jeans.

PINK BRA TOP:
I am totally swooning over the new active wear line from Revolve called WELL BEING + BEING WELL. The fabric on this set is seriously SO soft and SO comfortable you almost forget you are wearing active wear! I’m wearing a size small in this work-out wear must have.
PINK LEGGINGS:
These leggings are so on trend for the spring season with this gorgeous soft burgundy color. They are designed with a high-waist and slimming silhouette, and best of all POCKETS! Trust me when I say these won’t spend much time hanging in your closet. I’m wearing an XS in this fantastic pair of leggings
