I always love when I find an amazing SPLURGE VS. STEAL item! In fact, that is one of my top tips on how to look expensive even if you’re on a budget. My next designer dupe is this amazing cut-out dress from Express. It reminds me of a Cult Gaia dress but it’s a fraction of the price and just as fabulous. If you didn’t know this was the dupe I bet you couldn’t even tell which one I’m wearing! It fits true to size and I’m wearing an XS.
