This cozy yet incredibly chic over-sized sweater by Free People is the perfect sweater to wear over the holidays! Since it’s a bit over sized (I’m wearing an XS) be sure and pair it with slim fitting pants or skinny jeans to balance out the look. It’s not itchy and is super soft, it comes in 5 gorgeous colors, I love them all! The best part it’s currently 30% off making it under $90 making it the perfect gift you or someone on your list!
I chose to pair my over-sized sweater with my slimming leather pants by J Brand , they’re an investment piece for sure, but well worth it! The fit is impeccable, they’re high waisted so they make your legs look long and the leather is super soft and very high quality! If you don’t have a leather pant in your wardrobe, you need one! If real leather isn’t in your budget, no worries, I linked these faux leather pants which I love and the price point is amazing! I’ve already worn these pants on a date night, a gno, and a holiday party, I’ll also be wearing them on New Year’s Eve with this fun top. They run true to size, I’m wearing a size 25.
I love wearing my OVER THE KNEE BOOTS: SPLURGE VERSION // STEAL VERSION with leather pants – the contrast of the suede and leather together is the perfect edgy combo! Over the knee boots are another trend that’s been around for a while and is definitely here to stay. One of my favorite looks to wear in the winter time is over the knee boots paired with skinny jeans and an over sized sweater. I wear my Stuart Weitzman (splurge version) otk boots a ton in the fall and winter making them a definite winter staple and a must-have for sure! I also love the steal version, great quality and you can’t beat the price!
