NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE TOP PICKS – DRESSING ROOM DIARIES

Good morning beautiful ladies!  I was so thrilled to get to preview this amazing Nordstrom Anniversary Sale a day early, (one of  the perks of being a blogger) so that I could share my top picks with all of you as soon as possible!  The really good stuff sells out QUICKLY, so if you are a Nordstrom card holder you can start shopping the NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE today!  If you aren’t a card holder, no worries, you can start shopping the sale on July 22 – all prices will go back up on August 7th.  If you would like to become a card holder to gain early access click here.

I spent a few hours in Nordstrom yesterday visiting the tents in all of the departments, SO many AMAZING FINDS.  In today’s post I will share with you the exact items I bought from this fabulous sale which is pretty much almost all that you see in this post.  Since these are all fall items, let’s pretend together that it’s like 60 degrees out – are you with me? (lol)!

The 2 colors I saw a ton that will be in for fall are olive green and burgundy – 2 of my favs for sure!  Olive green will be the new black this fall which is why I got the olive green fringe heels by Joie, $169.90 after sale $285, they are super comfortable and I can’t wait to wear them with the camo bomber jacket pictured below that Sam of Style of Sam fell in love with too and both of us purchased it!

I’m wearing an amazing camo bomber jacket in a size 2 which is right on trend for fall, trust me when I say bomber jackets will be huge this fall and so will camo and anything military inspired!  I paired it with these cool and edgy Current Elliott moto jeans, slightly ripped and faded to perfection, these will be on my body a ton this fall!  The green knotted top I’m wearing I love because you can wear it by itself with jeans or shorts for an easy look or it looks great under a jacket and the price point is AMAZING!

This burgundy suede moto jacket is by BlankNYC and you won’t believe the price, only $ , it looks way more expensive than it really is and the fit is impeccable and super flattering – I’m wearing a size XS.  The burgundy tee that I’m wearing underneath is super soft and comfy, I will be layering a ton of jackets over this tee all season long!  I’m wearing the Current Elliott jeans I mentioned above in a size 26, I really love the zipper detailing on the hips, makes them a bit more edgy than your regular pair of jeans.

I’m wearing the green knotted top that I mentioned above in a size XS and chose to pair it with the frame denim jeans that were actually featured in the Nordstrom catalog, on sale for $163.90 after sale $245, all of the bloggers that were at this shopping event purchased these jeans – they are that good!  High rise but not too high, cropped with an un even hem, they are the ultimate ‘Cool-Girl” jean (I’m wearing a size 25) and I’ll be wearing mine a ton this season with EVERYTHING!

This camel faux leather moto jacket is everything, super chic and edgy, the fit is amazing and it’s very soft and comfy.  The price point is amazing too, only $ a definite must-have for fall!  I’m wearing it with a great basic that everyone should have in their closet, a black tunic, it comes in 6 colors (I got the burgundy too), wrinkly free and only $27.90 after sale $42!  Grab one in every color before they sell out!

I’m wearing the easy and casual black tunic mentioned above that everyone needs in every color because the price is so amazing paired with the Frame denim jeans and this fabulous black leather moto vest, (wearing a size XS).  This amazingly chic black moto vest is only $58.90 after sale $88 – what a steal, a must-have for sure!  Pair it over slim cut dresses, maxi dresses, pencil skirts and of course your favorite pair of jeans for the perfect edgy and chic look!

And last but not least, this army green bodysuit (bodysuits are a huge trend this fall btw), it must be paired with something that is high-waisted such as these topshop ripped jeans which are so fun, also come with no rips here!  They run really small, I’m usually a 25/26 in designer denim and these are a size 28.  These jeans are only $52.90 after sale $80, for a pair of good jeans that is a GREAT deal!  They are super flattering because of the high-rise making your legs appear longer and leaner which is always a plus!
