The cape is so in this season and I’ll have to admit I’m a big fan, it’s cozy and comfy, yet chic and stylish. Here are 3 things to keep in mind when wearing something over-sized like a cape –
1.) Keep everything else simple and fitted underneath, this way the cape won’t swallow you and you’ll still be able to show off your silhouette.
2.) Opt for black, there is something so chic and sophisticated about wearing all black. A look that anyone can pull off – if you aren’t sure of what to wear try an all black look. It’s slimming and flattering on all body types, you just can’t go wrong with all black!
3.) Pair with a heel or wedge or some sort. Even if it’s an ankle bootie with a chunky heel, any kind of heel always elevates any look to the next level, and of course makes your legs look longer and you appear taller and slimmer and who doesn’t want that?!
Merry Christmas Eve!! I hope all of you have a blessed holiday this season!! Thanks so much for reading my blog, I’m truly grateful for all of you!!
