HOW TO STYLE GREEN ARMY PANTS:

DRESSY:

When you want to style your army pants for a more dressy occasion such as a date night or girl’s night out opt for a sleek pair of heels and some fabulous jewelry!  Adding a jacket is also a sure fire way to elevate any look and bring it to the next of level!  Even a casual denim jacket like the one I’m wearing in this post will dress up your army pants if worn with the right shoes and accessories.

CASUAL:

For a more casual ensemble try pairing your army pants with a simple white tank or tee and some chic sneakers.  This casual look would be perfect for running errands or on the weekends when you want to be comfortable yet look cute!

OUTFIT DETAILS:

My over-sized denim jacket is by Madewell and I love the versatile medium wash which makes this jacket very wearable all year round!  A denim jacket is a must-have in any functional wardrobe and I promise this jean jacket will, in fact, make your wardrobe more functional!  There are so many ways to wear a denim jacket such as over a sleek midi dress or fun maxi dress, you can even wear a denim jacket with a leather skirt and a graphic tee for a more edgy look. Let’s not forget the tried and true denim on denim look either which you could achieve by pairing this chic denim jacket with some amazing light wash jeans making sure they’re a slightly lighter shade of denim than this jacket.  The possibilities are endless proving the versatility and wearability of this uber-chic over-sized denim jacket!  It runs true to size, I’m wearing a size XS.

My simple white ribbed tank is from BLDWN which is one of my favorite places to get elevated basics.  The quality of their basic tees and tanks is like no other and although the price of this tank is a little more than you may pay for a Madewell tee it will last much longer and the quality is higher making this ribbed tank worth every penny!

These gold ankle strap heels are by Gianvito Rossi which is my all time favorite premium shoe designer and I scored these on MAJOR SALE at Nordstrom a few weeks ago when they were having their designer shoe sale.  The exact heels I’m wearing in this post actually have a 4-inch heel and they’re not available anymore so I linked the same heels but in a 3-inch heel version for you guys.  I love any metallic heel because it literally goes with everything!  If these heels are out of your budget, no worries, I also linked these sleek gold heels by Steve Madden and they’re under $100!
