10 WAYS TO WEAR A WHITE BUTTON-DOWN

Happy Tuesday ladies!  One of summer’s most essential pieces would have to be the infamous white button-down! Why you may ask?  Well, it’s because the white button-down shirt is such a classic and polished piece that can literally be worn in so many different ways.  I wear my white button-downs a ton in the summertime and could not personally live without a white button-down during the warmer months.  I have 4 favorite’s in my closet that I’m going to share with y’all today at all different price points so matter what your budget you should be able to find one you love. 3 WHITE BUTTON-DOWNS I SWEAR BY: 

1) MADEWELL WHITE BUTTON-DOWN (UNDER $100):

Madewell has some of the best pieces when it comes to everyday basics, including this chic and simple white button-down. Not only is this a wardrobe essential, it’s also super budget-friendly at under $100. I love that it’s slightly oversized making it more on-trend and versatile. I always size up one size in my button-downs.. I’m wearing a size small.

2) EXPRESS WHITE BUTTON-DOWN (ON SALE MAKING IT UNDER $40):

I am so obsessed with this white button-down from Express that just so happens to be under $40 thanks to the amazing sale! I love the material because it’s so soft and comfortable – I can wear it all day long without getting uncomfortable. Again, I sized up one size in this button-down, so I’m wearing a small.

3) NILI LOTAN OVER-SIZED WHITE BUTTON-DOWN:

This oversized white button-down by Nili Lotan is perfectly oversized and fashion-forward thanks to its looser fit. This piece is a bit more of an investment than the previous two, however, you will have it for years to come because a white button-down will never go out of style. Since this one is a bit more oversized, I didn’t size down – I’m wearing an XS.

4) FRANK & EILEEN BUTTON-DOWN:

This unique white button-down by Frank and Eileen is one of my all-time favorite white tops I wear in the spring and summer. I love the crinkly material making it a bit different than your average white top. Also, the top button is strategically placed to give you the coolest and tastefully sexy neckline! I sized up in this one, so I’m wearing a size small.
