A VIDEO + BLOG POST STYLING AN UNDER $100 MOTO JACKET 5 WAYS

There are a few wardrobe essentials I swear by and the black leather jacket is definitely on the top of that list!  The reason is that a black leather jacket can be worn in numerous ways both casual and dressy as you can see from today’s post and YouTube video proving it’s versatility!  I’m showcasing 5 different looks, some dressy and some more casual than others proving that a black leather jacket can and will take you many places in style!  The best part, the chic black moto jacket is actually under $100 since it’s faux leather and not real leather.  Trust me when I say that this jacket looks and feels like REAL leather so grab one ASAP if you love it as much as I do because this jacket will sell out soon!  Feel free to scroll down to see for yourself how to style a black moto jacket and feel free to shop the looks below each corresponding photo.

SHOP LOOK 1:

The jacket I’m wearing in all 5 looks is by Blanknyc, one of my all-time favorite affordable jacket designers.  I love the cropped length and the bigger sleeves making this jacket very fashion-forward.  Don’t let the word cropped scare you, it’s actually not that cropped as you can see from the photos.  I’m 5’4 and it hits me right at my natural waist-line.   The styling possibilities are endless proving the wearability of this effortless and edgy black moto jacket!  This under $100 must-have jacket runs a bit small so I suggest sizing up one size, I’m wearing a size small.

I love a flattering midi dress and if it’s black even better because that means it’s slimming too, always a plus!  The exact dress I’m wearing is sold out, however, I linked this one by Michael Stars that was part of my 16 PIECE FALL CAPSULE WARDROBE and I love it just as much as the one I’m wearing.  It’s wrinkle-free, super comfortable, and is guaranteed to take you many places in style AND comfort!  It runs true to size, I’m wearing an XS.

SHOP LOOK 2: 

This look would be perfect for a date night or fun GNO!  I love this gorgeous lace camisole that I just picked up from Neiman Marcus.  The lace detailing is tastefully sexy and it looks good under any jacket!  My jeans are by Agolde and I’m obsessed with this super light wash which will be so good come spring and summertime!  They’re a high-rise with an ankle-length so they do a fantastic job of elongating your legs.  FYI – these are rigid denim meaning they don’t have hardly any stretch to them.  If you want to see a full outfit post of these jeans check out this post titled: 2 LOOKS PERFECT FOR VALENTINE’S.  These jeans run true to size, I’m wearing a size 25.

I just got these amazing black suede heels and they’re actually very comfortable since they have no back.  I love the pointy toe because they make look taller and slimmer and the fact that they’re suede makes them look way more expensive than they really are!

SHOP LOOK 3: 

The white bodysuit I’m wearing is by Agolde and it’s a great casual piece you can wear under any jacket and look effortless yet put together!  My jeans are by Grlfrnd and I’m really into this medium wash and the minimal distressing on these cool-girl jeans.  Of course, they’re high waisted because that is literally the only style of denim I will wear since it’s so flattering.  Anyone else feel that way?  They have some stretch to them, but not too much so they do a great job of holding their shape!  They run true to size, I’m wearing a size 25.

SHOP LOOK 4: 

I just love throwing on a chic jacket over an all-white ensemble, I mean really, is there anything chicer?  I’m wearing the same Agolde bodysuit from above proving it’s versatility and wearability.  The jeans I’m wearing also by Agolde and they’re the same style as the light wash jeans from above called The Riley.  These jeans are more of a straight leg as opposed to a skinny jean so if you’re not a skinny jean kinda girl you will love these!  They still have a highrise so they’re incredibly slimming and they’re very comfortable too which is always a plus.  I took my regular size in these jeans, I’m wearing a size 25.

SHOP LOOK 5: 

This is a super casual yet stylish look perfect to travel in, run errands in, attend a kids sporting event, or even just knocking around town.  If you were to run into me running errands in Dallas this is exactly what I would be wearing!  I literally live in my Golden Goose sneakers because they’re so comfortable!  I can walk miles in these cool-girl sneakers and my feet never hurt.  They are quite an investment but well worth when I consider the cost per wear.  If you’ve been on the fence about whether or not to make the splurge on GG sneakers I say do it!  I promise you’ll want to wear them every single day, I know I do!  If these are out of your budget, no worries, I love these by Veja too and they’re a fraction of the price!
