Block-heel booties have had their moment, and their chunky shape can feel heavy with today’s outfits. I’m reaching for a kitten-heel bootie instead. It gives me a feminine lift without a high heel, so it’s comfortable and easy to wear. I styled mine with black cigarette jeans and a burgundy bomber jacket.
