5 FALL BEAUTY SECRETS WITH NORDSTROM

I’m excited to be partnering with Nordstrom to bring you gorgeous ladies my top fall beauty favorites!  Nordstrom is my go-to place when it comes it finding the latest and greatest beauty products!  They have all of my favorite beauty lines in one place such as Charlotte Tilbury, Chanel, Benefit, and many more so it’s the perfect one-stop-shop!  At the beginning of each season, I always get a makeover usually at the Charlotte Tilbury counter so I can ensure my make up is on-trend and current.  I think updating your beauty look is just as important as updating your wardrobe before each season and I highly recommend getting your makeovers done at Nordstrom, they always do an amazing job!!

After having my fabulous fall make-over at Nordstrom of course, I wanted to share with all of you my top beauty picks sure to make you look and feel gorgeous!  Scroll down to check out my all of my top beauty picks and feel free to shop anything you love along the way!

FALL BEAUTY FAVORITES (IN THE ORDER I APPLY THEM) & 5 FALL BEAUTY HACKS:

1.) CHARLOTTE TILBURY MAGIC CREAM:

Using a good moisturizer during the cooler months is key to younger and smoother looking skin.  I’ve been using Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream for years and it has kept my skin looking refreshed and feeling super hydrated.  It has tons of anti-aging products in it too which is always a plus!

FALL BEAUTY SECRET #1:  Use Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Night Cream in addition to using her regular magic cream in the mornings every night before you go to bed to keep your skin looking youthful and refreshed!  

FALL BEAUTY SECRET #2:  Mix in these amazing tanning drops by Tan-Luxe with your Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream.  I do this every other night all year round but especially in the fall when I’m not as tan and it gives me the perfect bronzed glow!!  Make sure to put this on your neck and chest area too!

2.) SUPERGOOD UNSEEN SUNSCREEN:

I love this sunscreen by Supergoop!  It has amazing coverage and is lightweight enough to work well under my make up.

3.) SMASH BOX PRIMER:

There have been days I’ve forgotten to apply primer and I can totally tell the difference.  My foundation doesn’t stay on very well, in fact, by 4 pm most of my make up has rubbed off.  If you use a primer, it will make your pores look smaller, fill in your fine lines and trust me, your makeup will stay on all day!  I love this primer by Smash Box, it makes my skin look and feel incredibly smooth and nourished!

4.) CHANEL CONCEALER:

I put this fabulous concealer on my eyelids and use it as a shadow base for my eyeshadow and I swear my eye shadow will stay on all day without creasing one bit!  I also use this under my eyes AFTER I apply my eyeshadow to brighten them up a bit.  It does a great job of covering up any flawed areas too which is always a plus. It’s creamy and lightweight and doesn’t look too heavy which is why I love it so much and highly recommend it!

5.) CHANEL EYE SHADOW:

This eye shadow palette is absolutely stunning and the colors are so perfect for fall!  I put the gray shadow in my crease and blend it out really well.  Then I take a really small eyeliner brush and dip it into the burgundy shade and line the top of my eyes with this color and in the corners and then I take what’s left on the brush and lightly apply the remaining shadow under my eyes.  This burgundy eye shadow will make any eye color pop!  The exact color is called 332 NIOR SUPREME.  This palette doesn’t come with any light shades so I recommend just using the highlighter from the Charlotte Tilbury bronzer and highlighting set and using it right under your brow bone and on the inner corners of your eyes.

6.) CHANEL LUMIER VELVET FOUNDATION:

I’ve been using this foundation for years and it’s the absolute best I’ve tried!  It provides a medium to light coverage that is buildable so you can add extra to any problem areas you may have for fuller coverage.  It feels and looks very lightweight on and it always does a great job of staying on all day long which I love!

6.) CHANEL LASH PRIMER:

Using lash primer makes the BIGGEST difference, trust me!  I’ve been using this lash primer for years and it makes my lashes look longer and fuller and it will do the same for yours!

7.) CHANTECAILLE MASCARA:

This mascara is so amazing because it actually has growth serum in it so it not only makes your lashes LOOK longer and fuller, but it actually helps them grow!

8.)  APPLY BRONZER & HIGHLIGHTER:

BEAUTY SECRET #3:  Always apply bronzer to your neck and chest area because those areas don’t get as much sun as our face does so they’re always at least one or two shades lighter.  Trust me it makes the biggest difference!

9.) CHARLOTTE TILBURY BLUSH:

Charlotte Tilbury offers a wide variety of blushes and I love them because they all come with 2 shades.  One of the shades is meant for wearing along your cheekbones and the center color is called the ‘POP’ color and is meant to go on the apples of your cheeks.  My favorite shade to wear in the fall is called ‘LOVE IS THE DRUG‘.  It’s a gorgeous pink shade that looks is so gorgeous worn with these Chanel eye colors!

10.) MAC LIPLINER AND LIPSTICK:

I haven’t worn Mac lipstick in years but I remember when I was in my 20’s and 30’s it was always my go-to.  I’m glad I tried it again because I had forgotten how much I loved it!  It feels very moisturizing on and it always does a great job of STAYING on my lips!  This gorgeous shade is called ‘HEY FRENCHIE‘, what a cute name! What helps the color stay on so well is applying the Mac lipliner and not only on the outside of your lips but filling in the entire lip area.  The lipliner I chose is a beautiful medium pink shade called ‘SOAR‘ that goes perfectly with this gorgeous lipstick!

FALL BEAUTY SECRET #4:  Wearing a berry-colored lip color in the fall will not only match well with all of the rich fall hues but it will make your teeth look whiter too!  The Mac lipstick I’m wearing in this post is my new favorite color for fall and one I’ll be living in all season long and I highly recommend it!  

11.) CHARLOTTE TILBURY GLOSS:

This LUXE gloss feels so good on and it doesn’t make your lipstick come off like so many glosses do which I love it so much!!  The color I chose is called ‘BLONDIE‘ and it’s the perfect shade because it complements this berry-colored lipstick by Mac so well.

12.) BENEFIT BROW SET:

I always like to do my brows last so I don’t mess them up when I apply my foundation.  This brow set makes my eyebrows look fuller and it also allows me to shape my brows easily into a shape that flatters my face shape.  I wear the 2 shade which is so perfect for blondes!

FALL BEAUTY SECRET #5:  Want to amp up your fall makeup look, well adding a touch of gloss to just the center of your lips is a sure-fire way to do just that!  The reason you only want to add this gloss to the center of your lips is so that your lipstick will stay on better and this method brings light to the center of your face and makes your lips look even fuller!
