MONDAY ‘MUST HAVE’ – THE JEAN JACKET

I hope all of you enjoyed your weekend!  A jean jacket is a definite wardrobe staple, it’s probably the number one versatile piece in my closet next to my black leather jacket.  I love wearing my jean jacket over maxi dresses, with white denim in the summer, with white or black cut-offs, with black leather pants in the winter, and even with pencil skirts and a chic pair of heels to work or church.  Lately, we are seeing tons of jean jackets with a little bit of distressing which I LOVE, it makes the jacket a bit more unique and edgy.  I linked 4 of my favorite denim jackets, all a tad bit distressed, and all at different price points to fit every budget.  If you already have a jean jacket hanging in your closet I hope I gave you some fun ideas of how to style it, or if you want to update your current jean jacket these are some great options.  If you don’t own a denim jacket, I would highly recommend adding one to your wardrobe, you will wear it a ton, trust me!!

I also want to mention my black leather wrap choker by Vanessa Mooney, only $48, it’s a must have for sure!  I find myself wearing it ALL THE TIME with EVERYTHING.  I’m wearing it right now with my favorite white tee and ripped jeans.  It really takes any look to the next level, I’ve worn mine with off the shoulder tops, simple tees, button downs and maxi dresses.  Chokers are so hot right now, this is a great piece to add to your jewelry collection because it’s right on trend and it won’t break the bank!
