The New ‘It’ Jean Styled 2 Ways + The Inside Scoop on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

Cropped flares have officially been named the ultimate ‘It’ jean of 2016, so all you denim lovers out there, trust me, you NEED to add a pair of cropped flares to your wardrobe.  The jeans Tiffany and I are wearing are by Mother, one of my all time favorite denim designers and they are called the Insider Crop Step Fray and lucky for you they are back in stock in all sizes at Revolve, they were sold out everywhere for the longest time!  They are super soft and comfortable, high-rise so they make your legs look long and lean (always a plus), and they run true to size (I’m wearing a size 25).  This light distressed wash is perfect and extremely versatile, they will literally go with everything in your closet.  The hem of these jeans is my favorite part, uneven and cropped they are the ultimate cool girl jean!  I love them paired with a fabulous wedge or platform heel and a simple top, such an easy, effortless look.  You can view these jeans styled another way on my “Daily Looks” tab by clicking here (they are the last look at the bottom under May 10).  I highly recommend adding a pair of these amazingly cool jeans to your wardrobe, you will wear them a ton!

GOING LIVE JULY 14TH (EARLY ACCESS) IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST SALE OF THE YEAR AND MY PERSONAL FAV: THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE!!!  Here are some things you need to know:

1.) Early access to this amazing sale starts July 14th – you must be a Nordstrom card holder to have early access.  If you aren’t already a card holder you can apply by clicking here. It’s definitely worth getting a card so you can have early access to this sale because the real good stuff will sell out quickly, trust me!

2.)  Regular access begins July 22nd and ends August 7th.  

3.)  Why this sale is so AMAZING:  It’s actually all new fall items that are on sale, but only for the limited time as I mentioned above, after August 7th all prices will go back up.  

4.)  I have viewed the Nordstrom anniversary sale catalog already and there are some really amazing pieces from fringe suede heels to OTK boots, leather jackets, updated denim, military jackets, tops, skirts, dresses, you name it, they will have what you are looking for and ALL ON SALE!

4.) This is the perfect time to clean out your closet and make room for all of the new fall items.  I always clean out my closet this time of year in preparation for this amazing sale.  A good rule of thumb – if you haven’t worn it in the last 2 seasons, get rid of it.  Then make a list of what you need for fall.  

5.)  I’ll be going to Nordstrom the first day of early access, July 14th, and will be taking lots of pics while trying things on and all of those photos will be on my blog next Friday, the 15th along with my top picks from the entire sale so be sure and visit my blog that day.
