TOP 10 SPRING TRENDS

Happy Wednesday!  I’m sharing the TOP 10 SRPING TRENDS in today’s post (wearing the first 2 in these photos)

1.) Statement Tops –  This spring we are seeing tons of statement tops and one shoulder tops and I’ll have to say I’m a huge fan!  This cold shoulder sweater by Sanctuary (a very cool and affordable brand) is right on trend, it’s super comfortable, it comes in 4 gorgeous colors, and the price point is AMAZING – ON SALE for only $44.99 making this chic sweater a definite spring staple!

2.) Blush Pink – I think the last few tops I’ve ordered online have been blush pink, I can’t help it!  I adore this color for spring, it’s a definite hot shade this season, it looks so gorgeous paired with whites, grays and pale blue denim.  I’ll be wearing this color a ton this spring and I bet you will be too, it’s that good!

3.) Stripes –  Everyone loves a good striped top, they’re so effortless and easy to wear, pair with your favorite pair of jeans and some fun wedges for a super chic look!

4.) . Mules – I adore mules because they’re so comfortable yet they look so stylish!  Another reason I love them so much is because unlike a bootie or ankle strap heel you can wear them with almost any length of jean.  I’ll be living in mules this spring!

5.) Ruffles –   There are so many cute tops and dresses out there with fun ruffles this season and I adore this trend!  These tops or dresses are so perfect for a fun girl’s night out or date night.  Pair them with your favorite heel this spring and a fun clutch!

6.) Soft Neutrals – Think white jeans, soft green army jacket, white tee and some neutral wedges to create this look, perfect for everyday wear or a casual night out.

7.) Small Handbags – I’ve been carrying a smallish handbag for quite a while now.  It’s much easier on my back and it makes me stay more organized which is always a plus.  I usually just have a small wallet, my keys, lipstick, lipgloss and powder in my purse and these ultra chic handbags will hold just that, they’re the perfect size for day AND night!

8.) Pendant Necklaces – Chokers will still be in so don’t worry, they’re still my personal favorite, but now we can layer our chokers with these gorgeous long pendant necklaces.  I especially love them paired with low v-neck tops, super sexy and sleek!

9.)  Street Chic Utility – Probably one of my favorite trends mainly because of the army jacket, I think I own at least 5 and wear them literally ALL THE TIME!  Cargo pants are going to be in too, I love these paired with a simple tee and a killer heel!

10.) Athleisure – This is huge this season and I personally love this trend!  It allows you to be super comfortable on days you need to run errands and work-out yet still manage to look stylish.  My favorite athleisure look is a simple pair of black leggings, a bomber jacket and some cool sneakers.

Now onto my specific look:

I found my neutral heels fully stocked at Shopbop, yay!  These heels are so comfortable and they literally match EVERYTHING!  I’ve already worn mine a ton with jeans, dresses, and even skirts.  If you only add one pair of heels to your wardrobe this spring let it be this one, trust me, you’ll wear them ALL THE TIME!

My jeans, perfectly redone and reconstructed, you’ll want to live in these vintage Redone Levis, trust me, they’re the ultimate cool-girl jean!  I’m so excited that Nordstrom has started carrying them and they’re fully stocked in all sizes.  These jeans run true to size, I’m wearing a size 25.   Currently being worn by all the “IT” celebrities and super models such as Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner.  They look super chic with just about anything from a leather jacket, simple white tee and lace up booties for a date night to a cropped sweater and chic sneakers for the perfect weekend look.  They’re high-rise which is very flattering and the cropped length allows you to show off your favorite pair of heels.  These versatile Redone Levis would be a great addition to any wardrobe, especially for all you denim lovers out there!
