NORDSTROM TRY SESSION – SHARING 5 LOOKS

Happy Monday!  I usually pop into Nordstrom at least once a week to look around for some amazing things to share on my blog.  I share these photos/looks on my Instagram feed a few times a week and always get lots of good feedback so I’m going to share these on my blog as well at least once a month.  These are fun everyday looks that are casual and easy to pull off.

LOOK 1:

My mother jeans are called the ‘Stunner’ and this exact wash is sold out, but I found the exact fit in a similar black wash here that I love!  Faded black jeans are my favorite color of denim to wear in the fall and winter because they go with everything!  This ‘Stunner’ fit I’m wearing is amazingly flattering and uber slimming because they’re high-rise so they make your legs look super long, always a plus!  They’re also incredibly comfortable and I love the raw edge hem, another fall trend I’m loving!

I love this look, so easy and casual!  This free people chunky cardigan is soooooo cozy, yet incredibly chic!  I would wear this look to the movies or a fun dinner out with my husband or girl friends!

LOOK 2:

This is such a great light weight and breezy button down, I love that it’s over-sized making it super comfortable!  This top comes in 3 gorgeous colors including white (which I own too) and it’s under $100 making it a definite must-have!  This top runs big, I’m wearing a size XS.

This olive green top is so cute, you can’t really see from this photo, but the sleeves have this really cool lace up detailing that I love!  This top also comes in gray, it runs true to size, I’m wearing a size XS.  The best part, this fabulous top is only $49, quite a steal for such a cute top!

This white choker tee is so fabulous, so comfy and for only $28 it’s a no brainer!  It comes in 6 colors including black and runs true to size, I’m wearing a size XS.  I’ve worn this tee a ton since I got it, the perfect easy casual top!

I adore army jackets and wear them a ton, they’re the perfect light weight jacket for fall and they can easily be dressed up or down!  I adore this one by Free People because it has really neat metallic beading on the arms making it anything but ordinary.  This casual look is my go-to when I’m traveling or attending a sporting event or just out running errands.

My black jeans are by AG, one of my favorite denim brands, they’re high-waisted which makes them super slimming which is always a plus!  They’re extremely comfortable and I love the frayed step-hem which is all the rage right now in the denim world.  I’ll be living in these versatile and slimming jeans this season and if you decide to get them I know you will be too!  They run true to size, I’m wearing a 25.

A jean jacket is a definite wardrobe staple, such a chic casual piece that can be worn so many different ways!  I’ve been looking for one that’t a bit over sized, but not too big and this one was perfect!  It’s by AG, one of my favorite denim lines, it has just the right amount of distressing and the wash is very versatile!  I also included this one that is very similar and under $100 that I love too!  Happy Shopping!
