THE CHICEST FAUX FUR JACKET STYLED 2 WAYS

Happy Monday gorgeous ladies!  I just went to LA with my favorite travel buddy and BFF, Cathy of The Middle Page and needless to say we had the best time ever!  We stayed at the Sunset Marquis which is one of the coolest hotels in all of LA and where all the rock stars stay.  We were hoping we would run into someone famous at the hotel, but had no luck except that Ringo Star was actually staying in the hotel while we there, but we never actually saw him…bummer!  Cathy did see The Weekend one night when were leaving Mr. Chow (our favorite place for dinner in LA) which was very cool!  However, I didn’t actually see him because I was too busy getting our Uber, lol!  And if I’m being honest I didn’t even know who he was and said back to her “Wait you saw The Weekender?!”  LOL – we had plenty of laughs after this comment! SHOP MY LOOK: 

Our favorite place to have lunch is at The Ivy which is located on Robertson across from our very favorite store to shop at in LA which is Intermix!  We always have a fabulous time together doing one of our favorite things…..shopping!  Don’t worry, we did a bit of work while we on this trip too so it wasn’t all play, trust me.  We shot a few looks including this one while we were there which is always fun!  We chose to style this gorgeous faux fur jacket by Frame which is super chic and perfect for fall and winter!

FRAME JACKET:

This faux fur jacket is seriously so cozy and soft! One of my favorite things about this jacket is that it is perfectly oversized and great for layering over a sweater when it’s cold outside. I admit it’s pricy, so I found this one at Nordstrom that is amazing and only $129. Also, I found this more affordable option that is only $98 and it’s super soft and so cozy!  I have shot in the green version of this $98 jacket before in a post titled:  TOP 10 FAUX FUR JACKETS UNDER $200.   These are both great steal options!

FRAME JEANS:

Ok, so I definitely wear these jeans way too much! They truly are the best pair of denim – they are so flattering, comfortable, and go with pretty much everything I wear. These skinny jeans have the flattering high-rise waist and the perfect ankle-length cut.  I’ve featured this pair of denim quite a bit in my blog, including in my 16 PIECE FALL CAPSULE WARDROBE. They run true to size, I’m wearing a size 25.

UNDER $100 GRAPHIC TEE:

Who doesn’t love a chic and simple graphic tee?! You can really never go wrong! Graphic tees have been on trend for quite some time now and they’re not going out any time soon. Whether you’re wearing a graphic tee solo or layering under a moto jacket, faux fur jacket, or sweater, they definitely go well with any and every outfit. This graphic tee from Revolve runs true to size and I’m wearing a small!

LEOPARD HEELS:

I’ve had these leopard heels for quite some time now and I wear them all the time!! Since they’re a bit older, I’m going to link Sam Edelman ones here, and good news – they are on sale! These heels are a definite steal at under $100. Leopard heels add texture to any look making it more interesting and edgy. I’m a sucker for anything leopard or cheetah print, especially in the fall and winter seasons.

GUCCI BELT:

This black and gunmetal silver Gucci belt is so unique and chic! I especially love the tiger head buckle that makes my look edgy and sleek. I wore this belt with my graphic tee because I thought they made the perfect pair! Since this belt is a bit on the expensive side, I’m linking the more affordable steal version here.
