Good morning lovely ladies!  I have some exciting news to share with all of you, I have officially changed the name of my blog to:

SO HEATHER

I hope you all like it!  I have been wanting to change the name of my blog for a while now and here’s why, Style by Fluent was too hard for people to understand quickly without having to ask me how to spell Fluent and what it means in regards to fashion, etc.  So, I wanted something simple and easy to understand, and something that was easy to remember.  I was at dinner with my husband and we were brainstorming about what my new blog name should be, we thought of several others, but SO HEATHER really resinated with both of us, the domain was actually available to our surprise, so we bought the domain that night at the table in Bistro 31!  What does SO HEATHER really mean, well, for many years my dear friends would say things like “that top is SO HEATHER, or that leather jacket is SO HEATHER, etc….you get the idea.  I feel like SO HEATHER perfectly describes my unique and identifiable style.

Now, on to my outfit details.  Can you believe that my adorable off the shoulder top is only $25.29??!!  It’s from a fabulous and affordable on line store called Shein.  It comes in 4 colors and is super chic and fun to wear!  I’ve worn it with skinny jeans, flares, and even with a denim pencil skirt.

I also want to mention my jeans, just recently stocked at my favorite department store Nordstrom.  They are a tad bit less expensive than most designer denim, $158, compared to your average $200 price point of most other denim lines.  They are high rise which I love because they make your legs appear longer, and the rips are perfectly placed, not too over done.  I literally wear them all the time with everything from leather jackets, to springy tops, and simple tees.  These jeans are super comfy and they also hold their shape very well.  If you have been looking for an amazing pair of ripped jeans, these are it!!!

And, yes, I would say that this top and these ripped jeans are SO HEATHER!
