5 ITEMS CLASSY WOMEN NEVER WEAR

A classy woman never shows too much skin, which is why if they want to wear a crop top they always pair them with high-waisted bottoms. A perfect example of what to choose would be my incredibly flattering high-rise jeans by Alice and Olivia. I’m wearing a size 24 in this killer pair of denim for size reference. As you can see in my photo, if I were wearing something low or even mid rise I would be showing far too much of my midriff, which is why low rise bottoms in general are an item classy women never wear.

Staying in line with my first rule, adding a third layer is an excellent way to add more coverage to a look. My bodysuit and shorts alone would leave my skin exposed on both the top and the bottom. By adding this classic white sleeveless blazer to the top I get just enough coverage to tie this whole look together with sophistication and class. I’m wearing wearing an XS in this summer time staple.

A classy women NEVER cheaps out on her basics. Wardrobe basics are items that are 100% worth investing in and a perfect example would be this white button down by Citizens of Humanity. Investing in a high quality white button down ensures that it is veratile. The means it can be worn in a ton of different ways such as a bathing suit coverup, open over a body suit with jeans or you can even tie it at the waist and pair it over a fabulous maxi dress. Purchasing high quality items ensures that the piece can be worn over and over again, which is why a cheap button down is an item a classy woman never wears.

Wearing items that don’t fit you properly can actually make you appear more short or wide in certain circumstances, which is why a classy woman utilizes her tailor on a regular basis. No item of clothing is one size fits all and investing in quality pieces that can be altered to fit perfectly is a sure fire way to look and feel like a class act. Sometimes something as simple as adding a belt to a dress that is a bit too baggy, such as I did above, can be the difference between feeling blah or like a badass babe!

The final item a classy woman never wears is anything in a very large LOUD print. She wear solids over prints most of the time and wear neutrals colors more often than not. This incredibly slimming and flattering white denim jumpsuit is a perfect example. Monochrome looks and neutral colors are a sure fire way to effortlessly rock a classic and timeless vibe.
