My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary in one of the most beautiful places in the world – Harbour Island, Bahamas. The ocean water is crystal clear blue and the sand is literately white with coral specks in it – it was breath taking! The islanders are so friendly, the food is fresh and amazing! Some of our favorite spots to eat were The Rock House, The Landing for a romantic dinner, Sip Sip for a fun beach side lunch and my favorite part was their amazing coconut rum homemade ice cream! We spent most of our time on the beach swimming in the gorgeous ocean and laying out listening to the waves and relaxing – it was paradise!
The dress I’m wearing is perfect for a beach vacation, super comfortable too which is always good! I love the off the shoulder style and the crochet detailing. The clutch I’m carrying I actually found at a local boutique on the island and fell in love with it the moment I laid eyes on it, I carried everywhere for the rest of the trip! I loved it so much I brought one home for my sweet Mom. I found one similar here on line which I love too! This would be a great addition to any summer wardrobe. If you have never been to Harbour Island I highly recommend it!! It’s truly heaven on earth!!
